Kent Sasse, MD, Medical Director, International Metabolic Institute and the Western Bariatric Institute, heads up the bariatric surgery program at Sierra Surgery Hospital.

Dr. Sasse is a board-certified surgical specialist. He and the team of surgeons performing bariatric surgery at Sierra Surgery Hospital are specially trained in bariatric surgical procedures. Dr. Sasse is highly regarded as a leading expert on bariatric surgery and his team is at the forefront of bariatric surgical procedures. They have performed thousands of these procedures for patients in Northern Nevada since 2000.

Dr. Sasse also sets an example for others by taking the time to meet with his patients to answer questions about any bariatric surgery procedure before and after the surgery.
