Cooks Helper Per Diem position to fill in for staff holidays/vacations/weekends. Works under the direction of the Chef and Dietary Cook on the shift assigned. Receives dietary orders from patients, nurses or Dietary Cook for room service orders. Assists with and processes food orders following department specific policies and procedures. Abstract the information from the patient record into the Healthland system. Retrieve any missing documentation needed to ensure accurate coding and maximum reimbursement. RN Post Operative Nursing Unit The Registered Nurse working on the post operative surgery unit provides planned and highly skilled nursing care to the post operative patient. Provides continuous patient surveillance, allowing early recognition and immediate emergency treatment of medical or surgical complications which may arise in any patient. Provides direct patient care and other nursing services to patients and their families/significant others by applying and documenting the nursing process; assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. RN Pre-OP This RN is responsible for assessing, coordinating and implementing patient care involved in the Pre-OP admission process for both inpatients and outpatients. Promotes collaboration with physicians, hospital services and discharge services for the surgical patient.
